I'm glad someone finally wrote about the events as Kirk's first 5-year mission ends. We finally get to see the struggle Kirk went through accepting the promotion to admiral. (He never should have accepted it!!) (Yes, I know it's not real life, just a novel) Another excellent story by J. M. Dillard
